La Casa Colonica
"La Casa Colonica" was, until a few years ago, the home of the owners.It has recently been completely renovated and now consists of an apartment called "Il Granaio" and three rooms with private bathroom called "Room Valerio", "Room Chiara" and "Room Claudia".
Apartment "Il Granaio"
The "Il Granaio" apartment is located inside the "La Casa Colonica" of the Farmhouse Palazzo Vecchio.
Composed of:
• a spacious room with open kitchen and dining table and sofa bed
• a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a half
• a bath
Furnished with taste and functionality and equipped with appliances and dishes.

Room "Valerio"

Il Fienile
Beautiful detached two-storey farmhouse located inside the Palazzo Vecchio Farmhouse. Immersed in the green Mugello valley, a few kilometers from Florence, in a quiet location, "Il Fenile" is surrounded by a beautiful fenced flat garden of 1,500 square meters equipped with a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests (13 meters x 5 meters and 120 cm to 230 cm deep).The property also has equipped areas (barbecue) for outdoor lunches and dinners and private parking.
Free Wi-Fi Internet. Air conditioning, heating and TV.
Possibility of cook service, purchase of typical local products and guided visits to the educational farm (on request and to be paid on the spot).
In the company there is, available to guests but also to the public, a restaurant where it is possible to eat and taste typical Mugello dishes.
Building "Il Fienile"
The "Il Fienile" building is divided into two apartments:
• one with 7 seats on the upper floor called "Fienile Sopra". It consists of a beautiful and large room with kitchenette and sofa.
There are 3 bedrooms with double bed and one with 2 separate beds that can be joined together if necessary and 2 bathrooms. All furnished in typical Tuscan style. Free Wi-Fi. Heating and air conditioning.
• one for 2 people, on the ground floor, called "Fienile Sotto" also suitable for the disabled, consists of a large room with open kitchen and sofa, bedroom and bathroom.

If necessary, the two apartments can be joined and therefore the structure can be rented entirely.
Apartment "Il Girasole"
The "Il Girasole" apartment is located in a building renovated in 2020 located a short distance from "La Casa Colonica" and "Il Fienile".
This apartment is barrier-free, making it suitable for disabled people.

• a bedroom with a double bed

• a small private garden
• a private parking

Apartment "La Spiga"
The "La Spiga" apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one double and one triple, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen.

Located in a central area of the green Mugello valley, in Tuscany
The Farmhouse Palazzo Vecchio enjoys excellent tranquility, even though it is relatively close to Borgo San Lorenzo.
Our guests can enjoy a quiet, relaxing holiday, without having to give up the most beautiful cities of art: Florence (about 30 km) can be reached in just over half an hour by car and the train (station in Borgo San Lorenzo) leads directly to the historic center of the city.
In addition to the city of Florence, you can visit other artistic and cultural destinations such as Siena, Pisa and Lucca.
The Farmhouse Palazzo Vecchio is part of a real farm, managed on a family level.
In the vicinity of our farmhouse (8 km) we point out the presence of a golf course and the Mugello International Circuit, where the MotoGP world championship is held every year.
We have train timetables available, and some tourist information as well as some maps, folkloristic events in the province of Florence, such as the Mugello village festivals.
